Blue Beyond the Gray . . .

Sitting outside with children, looking up together into God’s glorious sky while a storm rolls in . . . and listening as they whisper to each other, “Look! There’s a patch of blue beyond the gray!” and “Look! It’s disappearing now . . . wait! There it is!” and “Mamie, that gray cloud looks like my bunny!” and “It’s a dragon!” and “I think it’s going to rain really soon!” and “It blew away! There’s the blue again!”

Yes. I could do this all day. 🙂

So simple. No “prep.” No “clean up.” Just noticing (see the post on Poppleton in Spring, Sept. 30, 2017) and best of all, noticing together.
